I suppose that "woah look at me I'm on the internets and am so great" gets old after a while, is all. Having another person post it serves to reinforce your omniscience in a sort of strength-by-numbers fashion. It's just childish, and is getting redundant. You would have earned a lot more respect from the flamer (and from me) if you had at least attempted to reason with that person, rather than acting juvenile and then posting said immaturity, in a friend's journal, no less.

I like you fine, but this sort of thing just rubs me the wrong way.
